MY STORY

Over the last 20 years I have been involved in creating elevated Customer Experiences for some of the finest brands in Fashion & Hospitality in the UK, Middle East, Africa & India.  Working out of London, Dubai, Accra & Mumbai has enriched me at a very personal level especially around understanding cultural nuances and embracing the richness of each of these diverse regions.

 

Creating curated and immersive brand experiences for customers across platforms in various markets has been a very learning experience for me.

From ‘End to end display solutions’ to ‘Experiential marketing events’ to ‘Omnichannel brand campaigns’, I have been involved in successfully improving brand experiences and elevating customer journey.

And now working in the realm of virtual world with Metaverse. Brand meta strategy, design and launch solutions.

A Masters in ‘Design Management’ from University of Arts London & a recent completion of ‘Functional Leadership Program’ from IIM, Ahmedabad, I am currently learning ‘User Experience Design’ and thrive on learning new things and updating my skillset.
